Outstanding service. 11/10. I am yet to visit in-store but I have placed 2 online orders now and both deliveries have arrived the next day! Fantastic communication, answering all my questions, friendly delivery driver, cheap delivery fee, great prices. Really happy so far, cannot fault.

Phenomenal service, friendly and very informative staff. Staff are more than happy to explain the differences between different kinds of fish tank set ups. Great advice regarding how many fish, what fish are compatible and suggestions on how to set up the tank to meet my wants and needs. Staff are not pushy salespeople, would rather give you advice instead of selling you goods for the sake of selling.

Small pet shop owned by beautiful locals. My 8yo son returned home from a playdate at his best friend’s house with the idea to have a pet fish. This shop was recommended to us by my son’s friend and didn’t disappoint the expectations. We went there looking for some informations about goldfishes and we ended up being hooked. The owner was very patient with my son and he spoke to him like he was his 8yo friend 😊. He helped to choose the fishes, he answered all our questions and engaged in conversion. Then he helped us to set up everything in our first little aquarium, and even providing some cool ideas to name our new pet. Very good customer experience and happy to support a beautiful local business.
